RETURN POLICY – DOKARIZ

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for a return, items must be: • Unused and in original condition • In original packaging with all tags attached • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: • Opened personal care or hygiene products • Customized or personalized items • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Contact us at hello@dokariz.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and address
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Send via tracked shipping service

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUND PROCESSING Once we receive and inspect your return: • Refunds are processed within 7 business days • Refunds are issued to your original payment method • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@dokariz.com.au. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
