SHIPPING POLICY – DOKARIZ

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING Standard shipping costs AUD $9.95 per order, regardless of the number of products in the order.

FULFILMENT AND DISPATCH Eskimo Qubes dispatches orders directly to customers on behalf of Dokariz. Orders are dispatched within three business days after our supplier receives our payment. Dokariz pays the supplier by bank transfer before dispatch; this payment-processing time is additional to the supplier's dispatch window.

DELIVERY TIME The three-business-day timeframe is a dispatch timeframe, not a delivery estimate. Delivery time after dispatch has not yet been confirmed.

TRACKING Our supplier provides Dokariz with a tracking number for every order as soon as it ships. Contact hello@dokariz.com.au for tracking enquiries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Currently, we ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
