How to Use and Trim Pet Nails Effectively?
- 1. Let your pets smell and listen to the nail grinder to get used to it.
- 2. Choose a proper port according to your pet's nail characteristics and put the nails into a port gently for no longer than 5 seconds each time by around 45° oblique.
- 3. Especially for the large dogs' thick nails, it's recommended to cut off the nails with a nail clipper first and then put the nails gently on the grinding wheel.
- 4. Reward dogs with snacks to help them develop good habits of grinding nails.

1. For some small or anxious dogs, you need to take more patience and more time to accustom the dog to the noise and use low speed only.
